Roasted chicken, eggplant, tomatoes, and rice, topped with toasted nuts.

Side: Mediterranean salad and cucumber yogurt. (Strained yogurt, shredded cucumber, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt)

MUSAKHAN

Roasted chicken with rice and spices baked with onions, sumac, allspice, saffron, and fried pinenuts are served over taboon bread.

Side: Cucumber yogurt.

OUZI CHICKEN

Roasted chicken served over spiced rice(allspice, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and cardamom.

BIRYANI

Roasted chicken thighs served over basmati rice with onion, tomato, saffron, and a blend of whole and ground spices.

Sides: Daqoos salsa and yogurt.

GRAPE LEAVES AND STUFFED SQUASH AND STUFFED EGGPLANT AND LAMBCHOPS

Cold appetizer made with a mixture of cooked rice, ground beef, herbs, and spices, all wrapped in a grape leaf.

Side: Cucumber yogurt, strained yogurt, shredded cucumber, olive oil, garlic lemon juice, salt and herbs.
